MIRAI (MICROPSI INDUSTRIES)

We are reputable Micropsi Industries authorized distributor for south-east asia. Micropsi Industries, founded in Berlin at 1994, is a software company that provides ready-to-use AI systems for controlling industrial robots. We enable automation where automation was previously not viable, making factories more productive, workspaces more ergonomic, and businesses more resilient.

MIRAI (by Micropsi Industries) is a vision-based control system that enables industrial robots to deal with variance in position, shape, or movement. Using artificial intelligence, the MIRAI controller generates robot movements directly and in real-time, as opposed to outputting individual measurements.

MIRAI attaches to and augments industrial robots. Once fitted with MIRAI, a robot can perceive its workspace through cameras and correct its movements where needed as it performs a task. MIRAI has been deployed in manufacturing, and we are now looking into other application fields, like lab automation and logistics.

INDUSTRY 4.0

Industry 4.0, simply put, is the concept of connecting data from a variety of sources and utilizing that data to create smarter operations. The data comes from any condition, material, equipment, or process that might be useful. Industry 4.0 also encapsulates the booming concepts of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence. We like to break it down into Inform, Optimize, and Automate.

Beyond that, Industry 4.0 is quite literally the advancement of automation and intelligence in your facility. It create a smart, connected facility with reduced downtime and increased productivity. Pull data from devices and integrate with your systems. Utilize dashboards to make informed decisions and accelerate your business. The whole point of Industry 4.0 is to improve efficiency, margins, profit, productivity, and quality through sustainable and ever-evolving solutions.

PROGRAMMING LOGIC CONTROL (PLC)

A Programmable Logic Controller, or PLC, is a ruggedized computer used for industrial automation. These controllers can automate a specific process, machine function, or even an entire production line. They are designed for maximum reliability with standard feature sets that lay the foundation for manufacturing & process control. However, most applications require control functions that you won’t find in PLCs “out of the box”.

ATEC specialty I/O products enhance your PLC controller by expanding its functionality with capabilities that include advanced position sensing, motion control, stamping press automation, and packaging control solutions.

HUMAN MACHINE INTERFACE (HMI)

A Human-Machine Interface (HMI) is a user interface or dashboard that connects a person to a machine, system, or device. While the term can technically be applied to any screen that allows a user to interact with a device, HMI is most commonly used in the context of an industrial process.

HMIs communicate with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and input/output sensors to get and display information for users to view. HMI screens can be used for a single function, like monitoring and tracking, or for performing more sophisticated operations, like switching machines off or increasing production speed, depending on how they are implemented.

HMIs are used to optimize an industrial process by digitizing and centralizing data for a viewer. By leveraging HMI, operators can see important information displayed in graphs, charts, or digital dashboards, view and manage alarms, and connect with SCADA, ERP, and MES systems, all through one console.

SCADA SYSTEM

SCADA refers to a large-scale, distributed measurement (and control) system. Usually, they come integrated with several peripheral systems to allow detailed control of process management. They are commonly used in large-scale projects due to their ability to provide high-level supervisory management. SCADA control panel systems are used to monitor or to control chemical or transport processes, in municipal water supply systems, to control electric power generation, transmission and distribution, gas and oil pipelines, and other distributed processes.

SCADA is largely used to describe the system as a whole. The central system uses various sensors that could be onsite or offsite to provide feedback. SCADA control panels are designed for accurate and precise supervision in real-time application. It can also be customized to your own specifications. You can also integrate them with other components such as PLC or HMI panels. From industrial processes to infrastructure supervision, our systems are suitable to be used in a variety of different applications.
